Who is this program for?
This program is designed for athletes aged 15 and up who want to improve their performance, reduce injury risk, and get stronger, faster, and more resilient for their sport. Whether you're playing footy, basketball, soccer, or competing in athletics—this will help you level up.
Do I need to be super fit to start?
Not at all. Every athlete starts at their own level. The initial assessment helps us understand strengths and weaknesses so we can tailor the program to their needs. Whether your child is already competing or just getting serious about sport, we meet them where they're at.
What happens in the initial assessment?
We run a full performance assessment covering strength, speed, power, and mobility. It gives us a clear snapshot of your athletic profile and helps us build a personalised training plan. It also sets a baseline to compare against at the end of the 10 weeks.
What if we miss a session?
We understand life happens. If you miss a session, we do our best to catch you up in another time slot during the week. Our team is flexible and will work with you to ensure you get the most from the program.
Is this just for boys?
Definitely not. We train male and female athletes across many sports. The program is built around performance—not gender—and every athlete is coached with the same level of care and detail.
How many athletes are in each group?
Our sessions are capped at 6–10 athletes per group. This ensures every athlete gets personalised attention while still enjoying the motivation and energy of training with others.
What does the 10-week program include?
Each athlete receives:
- 1x Initial Assessment
- 2 or 3x Strength Training sessions per week
- Nutrition guidance
- Strength & power testing at the end of the program
All sessions are run at our gym in Clarence Gardens by experienced coaches.
What kind of results can we expect?
Most athletes see improvements in strength, speed, and power within the 10 weeks. More importantly, they gain confidence, learn proper technique, and build habits that support long-term performance and injury prevention.
