Adult Class Schedule
These are the current Adult Group Strength times available to Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum members, as well as Strong Start and Strong & Lean clients.
If you work typical hours, most adults train in a mix of early‑morning, mid‑morning and evening sessions.
Junior Gym Class Schedule
These times are for JuniorGym (ages 10–15). Session packs and JuniorGym Academy intakes use these slots. Most families pick 1–2 regular days that work with school and other activities.
Athlete Class Schedule
These evening times are for the Athlete Program (ages 15–20), including 10‑Week Athlete Accelerator intakes and Starter 10‑Packs. We coordinate Strength & Conditioning load with club and school sport.
Forever Strength Class Schedule
These mid‑morning sessions are for our ForeverStrength 60+ program. They’re designed to help older adults stay strong, steady and independent in a calm, over‑60s‑only environment.
