How the 8-Week Stronger-For-Sure Challenge Works
Step 1: Personal Strength & Balance Assessment (1‑on‑1)
We start with a one‑on‑one Strength & Balance Assessment so we can see exactly how you move, what feels strong, and what needs support. You’ll do three simple tests (like getting out of a chair and balancing on one leg), and we record your scores on your ForeverStrength Progress Card.
Step 2: 8 Weeks of Over‑60s Small-Group Training (2x/week)
You’ll join our ForeverStrength sessions twice per week with other over‑60s. Every session is coached and adapted to your body. We focus on strength, balance, and confidence – not bootcamp or burpees. You also get a simple 42‑day food guide so you have more energy, without a strict “diet.”
Step 3: Re-test & Plan Your Next Step
In Week 8, we repeat the same quick tests during one of your regular sessions and update your Progress Card so you can see your gains in black and white. If you want to keep building on your results, we’ll help you choose the ForeverStrength membership that fits you best.
