  • Do I need to be fit to start?

    Not at all. Most people who join D8 are getting back into training or starting from scratch. We’ll meet you where you’re at, help you build a strong foundation, and support you every step of the way—no matter your current fitness level.

  • How many sessions per week?

    It depends on your goals, but most of our members see the best results with 2–3 sessions per week.


    Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, improve mobility, or boost energy—consistency is key. We’ll help you choose the right training schedule based on your lifestyle and what you want to achieve.

  • Is this for men and women?

    Yes! Our adult training program is designed for both men and women of all fitness levels.


    We tailor the coaching and progressions to suit each individual, so whether you're just starting out or getting back into training, you'll feel supported, challenged, and welcome—no matter your gender.

  • What kind of training do you do?

    We use a combination of strength, mobility, and conditioning-based training designed to help you move better, get stronger, and feel energised. Sessions are structured, coached, and safe for all experience levels.

  • How many people are in each session?

    Our small group classes are capped at 9–12 people. This ensures you get plenty of coaching attention while still enjoying the motivation and energy of training alongside others.

  • When are the session times?

    We run morning and evening sessions Monday to Saturday. You can pick times that suit your schedule. our full schedule is visible at https://d8training.com.au/schedule

  • What if I have an old injury?

    No problem. Our experienced coaches will adjust exercises and guide you with modifications based on your needs. Many of our members train with past injuries—and actually feel better once they start moving correctly.
