Hi, I’m Neven, the founder of D8 Training.
I believe that consistency is the key to achieving what you want in life. No quick-fixes, no magic bullets. The sooner you stop chasing instant results and accept that you can achieve anything with hard work, the happier you'll be. Happiness isn’t a destination; it’s a choice you make every day. How you interact with the world is your choice. Own your choices, own your actions, own your life. Do this, and you can create the life you want!
Since I founded D8 Training, my motto has been:

- Have Fun Along the Way
I am committed to empowering individuals of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their goals through tailored training programs, expert guidance, and a supportive community environment. My mission is to inspire a lifelong passion for fitness and well-being. I opened this gym because I wanted to provide a space where everyone, from beginners to seasoned athletes, can find the support and resources they need to thrive.
Having faced numerous challenges in my own fitness journey, I understand the importance of proper guidance and a positive environment. My dedication is to help as many people as possible discover a healthier, happier life. Every day, I strive to improve not only in my own abilities but also in how I communicate and demonstrate what is possible to everyone who joins D8 Training.
I believe in leading by example, showing that anything is achievable regardless of your circumstances or age. My promise to you is that I will guide you to reach your fitness goals, and all I ask is that you show up, work hard, and enjoy the journey with us.

Ann-Marie AnticAnn-Marie Antic
I am Ann-Marie Antic, a visionary leader and the Client Experience Officer at D8 Training, leveraging my extensive project and program management background to create extraordinary customer interactions.
My philosophy centres on making every interaction feel personal and engaging, akin to training with friends. I firmly believe that health and mobility are foundational pillars of success, and I emphasise the importance of staying active. My initiatives prioritise community well-being, inspiring individuals to take charge of their health and view physical fitness as essential for personal and professional growth.
I manage and run the D8 Training Podcast, dedicated to delivering valuable content to our members and listeners. My goal is to help them meet their training and vitality needs while also supporting their loved ones, such as children, in achieving their fitness goals.
In my personal life, I am equally committed to my own fitness, continually pushing myself to new heights. My dedication to training serves as an inspiration, embodying the principles I champion.
As a leader, I blend strategic management with a heartfelt commitment to customer satisfaction. My meticulously planned projects are infused with genuine care, redefining customer experience and building a legacy of health, happiness, and unparalleled service.

Dan GreensladeDan Greenslade
Hi! My name is Dan Greenslade, and I’m a Strength and Performance Coach at D8 Training. I have my ASCA Level 1 Coaching certification, and I’m currently studying for my Master’s in Exercise Science while also working on my ASCA Level 2 certification. I also work with the Port Adelaide Football Club’s AFLW team as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, helping athletes get stronger and perform their best.
I believe that being strong and resilient is important for both sports and everyday life. My goal is to help people become their best selves by making training both challenging and fun. I work with all kinds of people, and I make sure to push them just the right amount so they can keep improving.
At D8 Training, we don’t just give you workouts—we make sure you have a great experience every time you train. We’ll help you stay motivated, work hard, and get closer to your goals every day.

Brooke ScerriBrooke Scerri
Hi, I’m Brooke Scerri, a Strength & Performance Coach with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Science. With a strong foundation in exercise and nutrition, I take an evidence-based approach that can lead to successful outcomes from individualised programs that emphasise fundamentals and techniques, leading to performance-driven progression. My approach to training is always fun, engaging, and tailored to your personal goals, ensuring that each session is both challenging and rewarding.
One of my favourite quotes from Nike’s Super Bowl ad on women’s sports is: "You Can’t Win.”, “So Win.”
That mindset fuels my coaching, helping all backgrounds and abilities push past limits, defy expectations, and prove what’s possible through dedication and hard work.
With a hands-on coaching style, I aim to create an environment where you feel supported while pushing your limits. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve athletic performance, or move with more confidence, I’m here to help you reach your full potential.
