Remote Strength Coaching You Can Do From Anywhere
Custom 4–5 week strength blocks for kids, athletes, adults and over‑60s – built around your goals, equipment and schedule, with coach assessment and feedback so you actually get stronger.
If you (or your child) have access to a gym, home setup or club facilities but no clear plan, the D8 Remote Strength Program gives you structured, age‑appropriate coaching you can follow from anywhere.
Our coaches design a 4–5 week Remote Strength Block around your goals, injury history, equipment and real‑life schedule, then support you with check‑ins and form feedback so you’re not guessing if you’re doing it right.
On this quick 10–15 minute call we’ll talk through your goals, injuries and week, then recommend whether 1‑on‑1 PT, group strength or one of our front‑end Adult programs is the best next step.

Who The D8 Remote Strength Program Is For
This isn’t a one‑size‑fits‑all PDF. Each Remote Strength Block is built for one of four life stages:
- JuniorGym (10–15 years)
Kids and teens who need better movement, strength and confidence – with parents who want safe, structured strength they can follow from home or a local gym. - Athletes (15–20 years)
Club and school athletes who want more strength, power and robustness in‑season or off‑season, with a plan that fits around team training. - Adults (25–60 years)
Men and women who are sick of random workouts and want a serious, progression‑based strength plan they can run from any gym or home setup. - ForeverStrength (60+ years)
Over‑60s who want to stay strong, steady and independent with joint‑friendly strength training at their own pace.
How The D8 Remote Strength Program Works
Step 1 – Tell Us About You
Complete a short stream‑specific intake form (JuniorGym, Athlete, Adult or ForeverStrength) so we understand your goals, training history, injuries, equipment and schedule.
Step 2 – Assess & Plan (for Coaching & Quarter)
If you choose a Coaching Block or Quarter and you’re in Adelaide, you’ll come in for a 60‑minute assessment & workout at D8 so we can see you move and set the right priorities.
Step 3 – Train The Block
We design a 4–5 week Remote Strength Block (3–4 strength days + 1–2 cardio/conditioning days), deliver it via PDF/Google Sheet, and support you with email/message check‑ins and optional form‑check videos depending on the option you choose.
What You Get In Every Remote Strength Block
Gym-goers who want expert programming
You already train, but you want a plan that’s smarter, more structured, and tailored to your goals and gear.
Busy people who train at home
Whether you’ve got dumbbells, resistance bands, or a full rack — we’ll build your program around what you’ve got.
Those who want accountability & direction
Not sure what to do or how to progress? We’ll set the path — you just have to follow it.

What D8 Remote Clients Are Saying
These are real clients using D8 Remote Strength Blocks from home gyms, commercial gyms and club setups – across juniors, athletes, adults and over‑60s.
“Before this I was just copying random workouts from Instagram. Neven built a 4‑week block around my actual schedule and home setup, and by week 3 I was adding weight to my squat again. I know exactly what I’m doing when I walk into the gym now.”
- Sarah, 38, Remote Adult Client
“Our son was doing bits and pieces at home but there was no structure. The Remote Strength Block gave him a clear plan that worked around school and sport, and the feedback on his form made us feel confident he was doing it safely.”
– Parent of Tom, 13, JuniorGym Remote
“I used the remote blocks during my in‑season to keep my strength up without feeling wrecked for games. The plan was built around my club schedule and I hit a PB on my trap bar deadlift while feeling fresher on the field.”
– Josh, 17, Football Athlete
“I wanted to stay strong but didn’t feel comfortable in busy classes. D8 set up a simple program I can do at my local gym. It feels safe, my balance is better and I don’t worry about ‘doing it wrong’ anymore.”
– Margaret, 67, ForeverStrength Remote

Action‑Based Confidence Guarantee
“If you or your child complete at least 80% of the sessions in your Remote Strength Block over 4 weeks and don’t feel noticeably stronger or more confident in your training, we’ll rewrite your program free and give you your next 4‑week block at no additional cost.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Do I need a full gym to do this?
No. We design your block around what you actually have – from a basic home setup to a full commercial gym or club facility.
Q2: Is this safe for kids and over‑60s?
Yes. JuniorGym and ForeverStrength programs are built with age‑appropriate exercises, conservative progression and a strong focus on safety and confidence.
Q3: What if I’m not in Adelaide?
You can still do the Program Only option from anywhere. The Coaching Block and Quarter are designed for locals, but we can discuss a video‑based assessment if you can’t get to the gym.
Q4: How quickly will I see results?
Most people feel more confident and organised in the gym within the first 1–2 weeks, with clear strength and performance changes over the full 4–5 week block.
Q5: What happens after my block or quarter finishes?
You can roll straight into another Remote Strength Block, move into an in‑person D8 program if you’re local, or take a break and come back later.
