Remote Strength Coaching You Can Do From Anywhere
Custom 4–5 week strength blocks for kids, athletes, adults and over‑60s – built around your goals, equipment and schedule, with coach assessment and feedback so you actually get stronger.
If you (or your child) have access to a gym, home setup or club facilities but no clear plan, the D8 Remote Strength Program gives you structured, age‑appropriate coaching you can follow from anywhere.
Our coaches design a 4–5 week Remote Strength Block around your goals, injury history, equipment and real‑life schedule, then support you with check‑ins and form feedback so you’re not guessing if you’re doing it right.
On this quick 10–15 minute call we’ll talk through your goals, injuries and week, then recommend whether 1‑on‑1 PT, group strength or one of our front‑end Adult programs is the best next step.

Who The D8 Remote Strength Program Is For
This isn’t a one‑size‑fits‑all PDF. Each Remote Strength Block is built for one of four life stages:
- JuniorGym (10–15 years)
Kids and teens who need better movement, strength and confidence – with parents who want safe, structured strength they can follow from home or a local gym. - Athletes (15–20 years)
Club and school athletes who want more strength, power and robustness in‑season or off‑season, with a plan that fits around team training. - Adults (25–60 years)
Men and women who are sick of random workouts and want a serious, progression‑based strength plan they can run from any gym or home setup. - ForeverStrength (60+ years)
Over‑60s who want to stay strong, steady and independent with joint‑friendly strength training at their own pace.
How The D8 Remote Strength Program Works
Step 1 – Tell Us About You
Complete a short stream‑specific intake form (JuniorGym, Athlete, Adult or ForeverStrength) so we understand your goals, training history, injuries, equipment and schedule.
Step 2 – Assess & Plan (for Coaching & Quarter)
If you choose a Coaching Block or Quarter and you’re in Adelaide, you’ll come in for a 60‑minute assessment & workout at D8 so we can see you move and set the right priorities.
Step 3 – Train The Block
We design a 4–5 week Remote Strength Block (3–4 strength days + 1–2 cardio/conditioning days), deliver it via PDF/Google Sheet, and support you with email/message check‑ins and optional form‑check videos depending on the option you choose.

FAQ
Do I need a fully equipped gym to follow this program?
Not at all. We customise your program based on what you have access to — whether it’s a full commercial gym, a home setup with dumbbells, or just a few bands and bodyweight. You’ll get a plan that fits your space and equipment.
What kind of results can I expect?
That depends on your goals! Whether it's fat loss, muscle gain, improved fitness, or better consistency — your program is tailored around your priorities. As long as you follow it consistently, you’ll see progress over the 4–5 week block.
How do i receive the program?
Your program is delivered digitally via email as a PDF or Google Sheet.
What kind of training do you do?
We use a combination of strength, mobility, and conditioning-based training designed to help you move better, get stronger, and feel energised. Sessions are structured, coached, and safe for all experience levels.
Do you offer a remote program for young athletes (under 18)?
Yes, we can create remote programs for teens and young athletes. However, we strongly recommend that younger clients come into the gym for at least a few sessions first. This allows us to check their form, teach correct technique, and ensure they're training safely and effectively — which is especially important during their growth years. If in-person isn't possible, we’ll provide clear guidance and can check in via video if needed.
What if I need to modify an exercise?
We’ve got you covered. We’ll provide alternatives or adjust your plan if something doesn’t feel right. You can reach out to us any time via email or message and we’ll help tweak your program.
Can I do this program if I’m a beginner?
Yes! We create programs for all levels — from beginners just starting out to experienced lifters. Your plan will be structured around your experience, current ability, and the time you can realistically commit.
What happens after the 4–5 weeks?
We recommend updating your program every 4–5 weeks to keep progressing. You can choose to continue with a fresh new block tailored to your progress and goals — just let us know when you're ready!
What’s the difference between the $199 and $149 options?
The $199 option includes an in-person goal-setting and movement assessment at our gym in Clarence Gardens. The $149 option skips the in-person session and is built via an online questionnaire instead. Both provide the same quality of programming and support.
