Our 10 Week Athlete Accelerator is for 15–20 year old athletes who already train or compete, but need proper strength & conditioning to turn that effort into on‑field performance.

How the Athlete Accelerator Works

Step 1: Athlete Assessment & Performance Snapshot

We start with a 60minute Athlete Assessment so we can see where your son/daughter is right now and what their sport demands.
They complete age‑appropriate tests for strength, jump, speed and movement quality. From this we create a Written Performance Snapshot that shows their numbers, red/amber/green flags, and the key areas to focus on in the first 10‑week block.

Step 2: 10 Week Athlete Accelerator Sessions (2–3x per week)

Your athlete then trains in the 10 Week Athlete Accelerator, in a small group of 6–10 athletes.

You can choose either 2x/week or 3x/week Elite depending on schedule & goals. Every session is coached rep‑by‑rep and built around the qualities that matter for their sport: strength, power, speed, landing mechanics and robustness. The program fits around club and school training using our Club Training Integration plan.

Step 3:  Re‑test, Performance Update & Year of the Athlete Plan

In Week 10 we repeat the key tests so you can see their progress clearly in black and white.

You receive an updated Performance Snapshot and a simple 12‑Month “Year of the Athlete” Plan that maps out pre‑season, in‑season and off‑season options. From here you can choose to roll into another 10 Week Athlete Accelerator block or into in‑season maintenance so they don’t start next season from zero again.

Our Show‑Up‑And‑Improve Performance Guarantee

We know committing to a 10‑week program for your athlete is a big decision. That’s why we back the 10 Week Athlete Accelerator with a clear, simple performance guarantee.

If your athlete:

  • Attends at least 80% of their scheduled sessions over the 10‑week block
  • (e.g. 16+ of 20 sessions for 2x/week, or 24+ of 30 sessions for 3x/week), and
  • Completes both the initial Assessment & Testing and the end‑of‑block re‑test, and
  • Does not improve in at least two of the key performance measures we agree on at the start
    (for example: main strength lift, jump height, sprint time, or similar),


then you can choose either:

  • A full refund of your 10‑week program fee, or
  • 100% credit of your program fee toward their next 10 Week Athlete Accelerator block.


You’ll see their progress in:

  • The change in their strength, jump and/or sprint test scores from Week 1 to Week 10
  • Their updated Written Performance Snapshot report (red/amber/green flags and priorities)
  • Coach feedback on movement quality, effort and consistency


If they show up and do the work, we expect them to improve. If they don’t, we will make it right.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What happens if my athlete is sick or unavailable and cannot make a session?

    We understand things come up. You can reschedule your session up to 30 minutes before it starts without any cancellation fees, subject to available spots in other Athlete groups during the 10‑week block.


  • How many athletes are in a group?

    Each group has up to 6–10 athletes, which keeps the energy high while still allowing us to coach every rep properly.


  • How many coaches per group?

    We aim for roughly a 1:5–1:6 coach‑to‑athlete ratio, so your son/daughter isn’t just a number in the room.


  • Is strength training safe for 15–20‑year‑olds?

    Yes, when done properly. Our program focuses on technique first, then progressive loading. We use age‑appropriate exercises, control volume around games, and our goal is fewer dumb, preventable injuries – not more.


  • What is the minimum age?

    Most athletes in this program are between 15 and 20. If your child is slightly younger but already playing at a higher level, contact us and we can advise whether this or JuniorGym is the better fit.


  • Is this program just for boys, or can girls join too?

    Girls are absolutely welcome and encouraged. We already train female athletes across netball, football, athletics and more – performance and robustness matter for everyone.


  • What if my athlete has never done strength training before?

    That’s fine. We start with an assessment and technique work before adding load. Many of our best results come from athletes who are new to proper S&C.


  • What should they bring to training?

    A water bottle, comfortable gym clothes and sports shoes. All training equipment is provided at the gym.


  • How long is each session?

    Each Athlete Accelerator session runs for around 60 minutes, depending on the training focus and the time of season.


  • What kind of exercises will they be doing?

    We focus on strength (squat, hinge, push, pull), speed and jump training, change of direction drills, and core stability – all with proper technique and supervision.


  • Will this make them bulky or slow?

    No. At this age and training load, strength & power work tends to make athletes more explosive and efficient rather than bulky. We train for performance, not bodybuilding.


  • Do parents need to stay during the session?

    No, you don’t need to stay, but you’re welcome to watch from the sidelines if you’d like.

  • How do you handle shy or less‑confident athletes?

    We meet every athlete where they’re at. Groups are supportive, and progress is measured against their own starting point, not just the “best kid” in the room.
