Founder / Head Coach

Hi, I’m Neven, the founder of D8 Training. I believe consistency is the key to getting what you want – in training and in life. No quick fixes, no magic bullets. The sooner you stop chasing instant results and accept that you can achieve almost anything with honest work, the happier you’ll be.


My motto since starting D8 has been simple:

  • Show up
  • Do the work
  • Have fun along the way


I opened D8 because I wanted a place where real people – from beginners to seasoned athletes and over‑60s – could get proper coaching, not just workouts. My job is to give you a clear plan, fix your technique, adjust for old injuries and keep you progressing in a way that fits your life, not someone else’s.

If you can commit to showing up and putting the work in, I’ll meet you there and help you build a body and routine you’re proud of.

Client Experience & Operations

Hi, I’m Ann‑Marie, the Client Experience Officer at D8 Training. My background is in project and program management, and I use that every day to make sure your experience with D8 feels organised, personal and easy to follow.

From your first enquiry and fit call through to memberships, payments and check‑ins, I want you to feel like you always know what’s happening next and that someone is looking out for you behind the scenes.



I also run the D8 Training Podcast and help share practical content for adults, parents, athletes and over‑60s – so you can support your own training and the people you care about.

Outside the office I’m just as committed to my own training. I don’t ask our members to do anything I’m not willing to do myself.

Dan Greenslade

Strength & Performance Coach

Hi, I’m Dan, a Strength & Performance Coach at D8 Training. I have an Exercise Science background and ASCA coaching qualifications, and I’ve spent a lot of time working with both field‑sport athletes and everyday adults.



I believe being strong and resilient matters for sport and for life. My coaching style is structured, honest and technique‑focused – I’ll push you, but I won’t let your form fall apart. I want you to understand why you’re doing what you’re doing so you can own your training long term, not just copy a workout.


Expect clear cues, honest feedback and sessions that feel challenging but in control – not chaotic.

Brooke Scerri

Strength & Performance Coach

Hi, I’m Brooke, a Strength & Performance Coach at D8 Training with degrees in Exercise & Sport Science and Nutrition & Food Science. My focus is helping people of all ages get stronger, move better and feel more confident in the gym.


My coaching style is hands‑on, positive and technique‑driven. I want sessions to feel welcoming and challenging at the same time – especially for people who don’t see themselves as “gym people”. I care a lot about creating an environment where kids, teens and adults feel safe to work hard, ask questions and learn.


Whether you’re a young athlete, a parent, or someone returning to training after a long break, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build from there.
