Meet the D8 Coaching Team
A small, coaching‑first team helping Adelaide adults, youth, athletes and over‑60s get stronger, move better and feel more confident.
Neven Antic
Founder / Head Coach
Hi, I’m Neven, the founder of D8 Training. I believe consistency is the key to getting what you want – in training and in life. No quick fixes, no magic bullets. The sooner you stop chasing instant results and accept that you can achieve almost anything with honest work, the happier you’ll be.
My motto since starting D8 has been simple:
- Show up
- Do the work
- Have fun along the way
Ann-Marie Antic
Client Experience & Operations
Hi, I’m Ann‑Marie, the Client Experience Officer at D8 Training. My background is in project and program management, and I use that every day to make sure your experience with D8 feels organised, personal and easy to follow.
From your first enquiry and fit call through to memberships, payments and check‑ins, I want you to feel like you always know what’s happening next and that someone is looking out for you behind the scenes.
Stephen Hunter
Strength & Performance Coach
Hi, I’m Stephen, a Strength & Performance Coach at D8 Training. I have a background in athletic performance and I love using strength training to help juniors, athletes and everyday adults move better, get stronger and feel more confident in the gym.
My coaching style is high‑energy, positive and technique‑focused. I’ve dealt with my own injuries and setbacks as an athlete, so I care a lot about well‑progressed training, that feels challenging but appropriate to the level of the individual. I want sessions to be fun and encouraging, while still pushing you to work hard and keep improving.
Brooke Scerri
Strength & Performance Coach
Hi, I’m Brooke, a Strength & Performance Coach at D8 Training with degrees in Exercise & Sport Science and Nutrition & Food Science. My focus is helping people of all ages get stronger, move better and feel more confident in the gym.
My coaching style is hands‑on, positive and technique‑driven. I want sessions to feel welcoming and challenging at the same time – especially for people who don’t see themselves as “gym people”. I care a lot about creating an environment where kids, teens and adults feel safe to work hard, ask questions and learn.
Finn Boyd
JuniorGym Coach
Hi, I’m Finn, a JuniorGym Coach at D8 Training. I’m a qualified group trainer currently studying my Certificate IV in Fitness, with a strong background in sport and strength training.
I’ve dealt with my fair share of injuries and setbacks over the years, which has given me a real appreciation for safe training, good technique and the mental side of sport. I care a lot about helping juniors build confidence in the gym, learn how to move well, and see the progress that comes from consistent hard work.
Lachlan (Lachy) Edmonds
Strength & Performance Coach
Hi, I’m Lachy, a Strength & Performance Coach at D8 Training. I have a background in strength and mobility training for sport, and I love using it to help juniors, athletes and everyday adults move better, get stronger and feel more confident in the gym.
As a basketballer and football player myself, I understand the demands that court and field sports place on the body. I care a lot about building strong, athletic and resilient humans who can perform well, stay healthy and keep doing the things they love for as long as possible – whether that’s sport, work or just keeping up with the kids.
Want to train with the D8 team?
If you’re ready to get stronger – or you’d like help figuring out whether JuniorGym, Athlete, Adult or ForeverStrength is right for you or your family – the easiest way to start is a quick 10–15 minute fit call with one of our coaches.
We’ll ask a few questions, match you to the right program, and answer any questions you have about how D8 works.
