- A 3–4 page written plan you can print or keep on your phone
- Training Day Fuel Plan (what to eat 2–3 hours before, 30–60 mins before, and after training)
- Game Day Fuel Plan (for morning and afternoon/evening games)
- Simple DO / DON’T list
- Hydration guide using bottles and an easy pee‑colour check
- “How to build your plate” guide using hand portions

We sit down together, go through their week, current food, preferences and any issues (energy, cramps, gut, etc.) and build the plan with you.
Receive your written plan
Within 24–48 hours, we email you the Game & Training Fuel Map PDF so you can print it or keep it on your phone, plus 7 days of email support.

Q1: Is this a strict diet?
A: No. We start with what your athlete already eats and likes, then adjust timing and amounts around key sessions. It’s about performance and energy, not a fad diet.
Q2: Does my child have to be a current D8 member?
A: No, but it’s ideal if they’re already doing regular sport or strength training. Many athletes come from our JuniorGym or Athlete programs.
Q3: What if they have allergies or are fussy?
A: We build the plan around their preferences, allergies and your family reality (budget, cooking, canteen, etc.).
Q4: Is this medical nutrition advice?
A: No. This is general performance‑focused guidance for otherwise healthy athletes. If there are medical conditions, we’ll ask you to clear anything specific with your doctor or dietitian.
