What happens if my child is sick or unavailable and cannot make a class?
We understand that things come up! You can reschedule your class up to 30 minutes before the session starts without any cancellation fees.
How many kids are in a class?
Each class has up to 10-12 kids, ensuring a great balance of group energy and individual attention.
How many trainers per class?
Our classes maintain a 5-6 kids per trainer ratio to provide proper guidance and supervision.
Is strength training safe for kids?
Yes! Strength training is safe and highly beneficial for kids when done correctly. Our program focuses on proper technique, controlled progression, and age-appropriate exercises to improve strength, coordination, and injury prevention. Studies show that supervised strength training helps kids build confidence and athletic ability while reducing injury risks.
What is the minimum age?
Kids must be at least 10 years old to join the program.
Is this program just for boys, or can girls join too?
Girls are absolutely welcome and encouraged to join!
While more boys tend to sign up initially, about 20–30% of our participants are girls — and they get just as much out of it. Strength, confidence, and body awareness are important for everyone, and we love seeing girls thrive in the program.
What if my child has never done strength training before?
That’s completely fine! Our program is designed for all experience levels. We start with a 1-on-1 assessment to ensure each child learns the correct technique and progresses safely.
What should my child bring to class?
Please bring a water bottle, comfortable gym clothes, and sports shoes. All equipment is provided at the gym.
How long is each session?
Each session runs for 50-60 minutes, depending on the training focus for the day.

What kind of exercises will my child be doing?
We focus on age-appropriate strength training, speed drills, agility work, and movement fundamentals. Exercises include bodyweight movements, light weights and sled work, all performed with proper technique and supervision.
Will this make my child bulky?
No, kids do not develop bulky muscles like adults. Instead, strength training helps improve coordination, power, endurance, and injury prevention, making them stronger and more confident athletes.
Do parents need to stay during the session?
No, parents do not need to stay. However, you are welcome to watch from the sidelines if you’d like.
