  • Repeat until it feels natural and safe


Science supports this: visualising weight training has been shown to improve strength without physical movement.

Pair your mindset with:

  • Nourishing food
  • Consistent Gym Strength Training
  • Nervous system regulation (like breathwork or grounding)


“Your body must feel safe receiving what your mind desires. Healing is part of the manifesting process.”


What Not to Do When Manifesting

Cosi also shines a light on common mistakes people make when manifestation isn’t “working.” If you’re feeling stuck, here are the things to avoid:


Don’t force or chase outcomes – Manifestation works best with calm confidence, not desperation

Don’t skip emotional work – What we resist emotionally tends to persist

Don’t ignore your nervous system – If your body is in a stressed state, it won’t accept change easily

Don’t bypass inner work with toxic positivity – Being “high vibe” isn’t about faking happiness; it’s about authenticity and awareness
