Bio

Hi, I’m Brooke, a Strength & Performance Coach at D8 Training with degrees in Exercise & Sport Science and Nutrition & Food Science. My focus is helping people of all ages get stronger, move better and feel more confident in the gym.


My coaching style is hands on, positive and technique driven. I want sessions to feel welcoming and challenging at the same time – especially for people who don’t see themselves as “gym people”. I care a lot about creating an environment where kids, teens and adults feel safe to work hard, ask questions and learn.


Whether you’re a young athlete, a parent, or someone returning to training after a long break, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build from there.


Who I coach:

• JuniorGym (10–15 year olds)

• Teen athletes (Athlete Program & 10 Week Accelerator)

• Adults (group strength & PT, including Strong & Lean / 21 Day)

• ForeverStrength (60+)

• 1 on 1 Personal Training
