Are you spending time at the club watching your kids train? Why not use that time to get stronger, fitter, and more mobile with a fun, supportive group of parents?


Join us for a 7-week training program designed to help parents improve strength, fitness, and mobility – no equipment needed!


WHAT TO EXPECT:

Full-Body Workouts – Build strength, endurance & flexibility
No Experience Needed – All fitness levels welcome! Go at your own pace
Supportive Community – Train alongside other parents in a fun, motivating environment
No Extra Travel – Workout while your kids train – maximise your time!
